Cevimic Investments Pvt Ltd is a bonafied, legally registered and professional firm which was established in 2018. It works to provide business strategies, systems and processes in the areas of Organisation Development, Leadership and Management Development Programmes, Skills Development Training, Human Capital Management, Digital HR Strategy, Digital HR Transformation, Strategic HR Metrics, Labour Relations, Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, Company Valuations and Project Management. The firm took over the business of Capacity Consultancy Group which was formed in 2006.

Profile of the Lead Consultant

Nhamo Kwaramba

Nhamo is a holder of a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from NUST (2017), BSc Honours Degree in Psychology (1996-1999, UZ), Chartered Customer Service Professional (CCSP) 2020 from Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management (CICRM) and Organizational Development (Certified by Swiss Association of Applied Psychologists and CODA). He attained vast knowledge and practical skills in work systems and processes through attending several in-house trainings, which includes: Organisation Development, Leadership, Management, Train the Trainer (Ernst & Young), Industrial Relations and others.

He is the Independent Chairperson for the National Employment Council for the Funeral Industry (NECFI) Board for a two (2) year term from October 2022 to September 2024 and sits in the University Council (Board) for RCU. He is also a Council (Board) Member in the RCU Human Capital and Corporate Governance Committee. He was a Board Member for RCZ from June 2012 to July 2022, and sat in two (2) Committees: the Human Resources Committee as the Chairperson and the Remuneration Committee (constituted by the Chairpersons and Vice- Chairpersons of the Human Resource and Finance Committees).

Nhamo has proven competencies in the areas of Human Capital Management Processes and Systems, Training, Research, Strategic Planning facilitation, Team Building, Leadership, Job evaluations, Work Process and Organisation Development Audits, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Skills Development training and diagnosing problems and recommending appropriate interventions.

In November 2006 he established Capacity Consultancy Group (CCG) as Principal Executive Consultant and also spearheaded the formation of Cevimic Investments Pvt Ltd in 2018, which works jointly with CCG in similar capacity. He previously worked for M&N Strategic Solutions (September 1999 - October 2001) as Human Resources Consultant, Africa Investments (November 2001- December 2004) as Human Resources Manager and Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants (January 2005 September 2006) as Human Resources Advisor.

Nhamo is a renowned Articles Writer with more than eighty articles, some published in Zimbabwe Independent, Sunday Mail, Daily News and Business Connect.
